  • We came in to first browse with the ultimate intent to replace my phone. As is typical in Apple stores, we were greeted within the first few minutes of entering the store and then left alone once we said we were okay for now. We looked at the available options and really appreciate the ease of comparing models, features, pricing, etc. all on one's own. When we were ready to make a purchase, they didn't have what we wanted in stock, which is disappointing but not surprising unfortunately. Overall this store is what you would expect. An open and bright environment with all the toys on display and friendly and helpful employees ready to help you when you are ready for them.
