Went in today to look at a focus ... The " sales person" was Mark . Horrible customer service. He didn't even ask me my name ! How do you do business with someone and not know thier name.... I was so disappointed. To further my horrible experience with country Ford I tried to call a manager and the receptionist was rude I told her I wanted to speak to a live person and I got voicemail twice then she acted like it was a big deal that I wanted to speak with someone who could help me.
