  • Here for a dance comp, okay so I have been told that the hotel was Under New Management and promised the rooms would be cleaner than the previous years Friday night went well. Saturday we had our dance competition. Walking back to our room after the dance comp outside of our door is a huge cockroach didn't pay much mind to it being my room was by the pool. As we get back into our room my daughter 10 years old scream's are the bug in the bathroom so I went to investigate it was a baby cockroach so I picked it up and threw in in the toilet 15 minutes later another cockroach so now that night I cannot sleep thinking there was cockroaches all over the room the next morning we found three more cockroaches in our restroom I will never stay at Alexis park again . PS the lady at the front desk could only say ooh my kid would have been terrified also I'm not a complainer nor do I ever Yelp but this needs to be out there.
