rev:text	We have been taking our dog here for years. I used to love this place, but now that the management has changed, the qualify of care is low, we seem to pay more for each visit, and my dog always has crazy energy when I pick him up, as if he has been neglected. Originally, we were impressed with the care. Our dog became sick while we were on vacation. They boiled chicken for him, took him to the vet, and kept him in their office to care for him. Because of that attention, we came back. That was a long time ago. Each visit seems to get worse. This last boarding was awful. Typically, there is a webcam that is supposed to be turned on so you can watch your dog play. I've never seen my dog on camera when I've gone to look. This time the webcam was out of service. I have no idea if the dogs actually do get all day play, when you pay for it. Second, they close early on Sundays, the day most people come back from vacation. They used to allow people to pick up during the dog's potty breaks, and then changed their policy without extending their hours of operation. If someone is at the location watching the dogs anyway, why aren't they able to provide pickup later in the day. I suspect that they prefer to close early so you can't pick up until the next day and thus required to pay for overnight stay. I picked up my dog at 7am when they opened, thus making me late for work and I paid $25 more for the inconvenience. When I finally got my dog, he was anxious to get out of there and outside. I paid around $109 for a quick weekend trip and my dog is so easy to watch. We are currently looking at other boarding places, which offer 24/7 pickup and a playground outside. Don't settle for less.
