  • We had a wonderful experience with arbor care yesterday. We have a cactus in our front yard that is pretty invasive and was massively overgrown. A good chunk of the middle had died and collapsed on other sections, starting to kill them as well. I sent a Facebook message to the business and received a reply and quote within ten minutes. The crew was actually in the area so they came and did the job about an hour and a half after first contact. The crew was so professional and insanely quick!! The whole job was Complete in an hour! Sammie's crew was fantastic. I also received a follow-up call to make sure everything went well. I did deduct a star because I told one of the workers that I wanted to keep a certain part of the cactus and it ended up being taken out. It's not a huge deal but worth the mention. Maybe I should have told all 3 men. Otherwise, they did a fantastic job and I would hire them again in the future for projects. The after picture does look a little bare but the cactus will grow back very quickly and it needed the severe trim.
