Would rather skip a work than come back here.
I have only been told twice in 7 years to be more quiet and once was here. I was told to "lift with more control" and not "drop the weights" when I was repping 400+ pounds on deadlifts?. Sorry exercising with effort makes noise, I forgot that part when I got both of my personal training certifications.. that you must have as well to be telling me what to do.
All of the weight plates have grip where then slide on the bar making loading/unloading them hell when you could just use clips if your form warrants that.
Half the treadmills were down and the weight area is small.
Only positives I give this place is the city view and clean restroom... But that's not why you go to the gym is it?
