  • On my first visit I was surprised by how bad my taro smoothie was. Service was also pretty poor on that visit. HOWEVER, I have now been back six or seven times since and on each of those visits I have received much better service... and some REALLY good milk teas! Something that My Tea does really well is preparing perfect boba! I wish I could say more boba places did that, but I have had way too many soggy mushy boba lately. At My Tea, I can count on them doing boba right! And that 32 ounce drink... oh yes, 32 ounces of yummy delicious caffeinated milk tea goodness! My Tea also has a leg up on some of the other boba places in that it's actually a pretty good place to sit on your laptop and get some work done! Some (relatively) comfortable seating and fast wifi and I'm all set! And, because of this, My Tea has also done something that I thought was impossible -- it has led me to make less visits to a really popular coffeeshop located on Central down the street. That milk tea craving is apparently more powerful than the coffee craving... who would have thought. Anyway, My Tea has won me over and I will keep going back. ****FOUR STARS****
