  • We have lived at Camden for 1 and a half years now. Some things are great while others could be better. I think the biggest downfall has been the upkeep of amenities since we extended our lease (for a hefty price). If I am paying a base rate of over $1200 for an older community where I face frank lyod wright and have to listen to the commotion, I hope basic amenities would be taken care of i.e. the gym had nothing sanatize, always garbage causing ants in the pool area, ... otherwise community is quite and most are very friendly. Feels like a home development community not an apartment community and apartments are very spacious.
