  • What is not to love about bus, ramen and pork? This was my first trip to Momofuku and it definitely hit the mark for me. The hubby and I shared a drink (Toki Thyme), some buns (unagi bun and shiitake bun), and shishito peppers. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Of the buns, the shiitake was my favorite (but I so love mushrooms). That being said, the unagi was still very good. The shishito's were some of the best I have ever had (hard to say if it was the smoked salt or the lime that hit the mark). For my meal, I decided to go with the Chilled and Spicy. The spicy sausage and candied cashews were an excellent contrast of flavors (who doesn't like sweet and spicy?). I'm sure this will be on our list of places to go when we need bite. The menu has a lot of interesting food that I would love to try.
