  • I called made an appointment for a cut for my daughter, only a cut I mad it pretty clear on the phone...So we get there wait 20min after our scheduled appointment, lady shampoos my daughters hair, cuts, starts to blow dry. Then asks my daughter if she wants her to flat iron it?? Her answer was No. lady proceeds to go ahead and flat iron ! I thought maybe she was being nice cause it was my daughters bday, but when I saw my receipt there were extra charges for blow dry and style which she should have mentioned would b Extra. That's just simply rude and unprofessional! I have the money to pay but just take into consideration for future reference asking before assuming. Duh. We won't be returning .
