  • Sat for over ten minutes waiting to get service after the hostess Zoey informed us it was against company policy to seat a group of nine in anything other than two booths. Do NOT waste your time at El Encanto Dos, we love the original and have never experienced bad service. After going to El Encanto Dos and being ignored by the hostesses over multiple visits my family and I are appalled that it's still open. Customers are not first at this restaurant, do NOT waste your time or hard earned money because they do not care.
