  • Less than 2 weeks later I saw more pests after a spray. I understand it was a groupon but how do you not want to do a good job? I have a new baby and now I have to use another company and pay more money to get the job done. The girl on the phone told me if I pay twice as much or get a monthly subscription I would have better results. I asked her why I would give her company more money every month when I know the spray doesn't work monthly. She said their work is not guaranteed. Here is a better business tip: offer to try one more time, then they would have a loyal lifelong customer!
