I was very happy with my experience here. I did not have an appt and I know how that is sometimes with walking in and having to wait for a long time. I only waited 10 minutes. My two young children were entertained by the Apple Pencil and iPad drawing while we waited. Then when I was having my iPhone diagnosed the technician asked if the kids wanted to do a kids coding class while we swapped my iPhone. They enjoyed that class and it made it a very smooth experience for me as a mom worried they would get impatient waiting for the service. They swapped my phone so I was ensured my issue wouldn't happen again while I travelled to Asia this month. The peace of mind knowing my phone won't turn off and never turn back on again during my vacation is priceless. Thank you so much for a smooth experience! FIVE STARS!
