After discussing rates and price control strategies with the Las Vegas office, The movers showed up on a Saturday and made it abundantly clear that a tip was expected. They seem to have rules they have to abide by (regarding liability) that come and go depending on how they feel you will tip. The movers where roughly 30 min. late, but started the clock at the arrangement time. At the end of the moving process I offered what was a standard tip upon researching this and they where obviously unhappy with it and just bailed. Finally, one of the movers asked if he could keep two large pieces of furniture that I planned to haul away to the dump. I agreed, and asked him to please make sure these two items where not left behined which they of course did. Upon calling HQ - was told that was a private deal I made with the mover and that they would not pick the items up. I would expect far better ownership of their employees actions.
