The Worst customer service you can ever imagine. We put our TRUST in them and they delivered a broken TV when we found out a couple of days later,and called them to RESOLVE it with possibly an exchange, the answer was simply NO and the MANAGER yelled over the phone and said this was our fault and our responsibility. We felt neglected and offended when we went to the store that we just wanted to leave that store. There was a gentleman whose name was Josh tried really hard to help but The manger was super rude and did not want to be helpful, and did everything in his power to make us feel bad and at fault.
This only shows that person is unhappy where he is, This kind of behaviour is not acceptable, employees like this are playing with The Bricks reputation. I will not let this go until this is RESOLVED!
P.s i have called other locations and spoke to a couple of employees who said that the manger's service is not ACCEPTABLE.
Samsung is not taking responsibility cause it's a damage from delivery and they are not taking any responsibility. I can't believe spending so much money and we have to be stressed about it for couple of days. Keep calling them and Samsung and customer service and no body will take responsibility for a damage TV they delivered to us. I won't stop contacting until this gets resolved!!
