  • This complex is extremely mismanaged. I have lived here for 3 years and can't believe the lack of communication not only to there own tenants but also within there office. The maintenance staff gets around to things when they feel like it, for instance our dryer stopped working on laundry day, we called the office and there maintenance man had called off sick for the day (Sunday) and so they had no one to come out until Monday. They show up Monday and the repair man doesn't even know how to fix the dryer! I am on day three now of waiting for someone to do anything at this point. When our lease is up we will be moving and I strongly recommend you avoid this complex if at all possible.
