  • I stopped into this Lowe's to look for cabinet pulls and knobs. As I walked through the store, I saw a beautiful black stainless refrigerator. When I showed interest in it, Scott Bryan approached me and answered all my questions. He then told me they had the same refrigerator marked down because it was a "scratch and dent". We walked to the discount area and I observed damage mostly on the center freezer door. Not only was this fridge marked at almost half off, but Scott proceeded to tell me they had a middle replacement door that I could have for free! Once the damaged door was replaced there would be almost no visible damage. I bought the fridge and Lowe's delivered the following week. Couldn't be more happy with the purchase and was especially grateful for the customer service and honesty I received from Scott. Will definitely be back.
