My story is simple. I discovered Reformed almost 2 years ago when I was overweight and out of shape. I decided with some of my friends to give it a try. I could not hold a plank nor do a push up. It was a very slow and painful start. I gave myself short term goals....I will try this for a month....I will try this for another month.....until I could comfortably do the class 3 times a week. This probably took me at least 6 months. I then added another day and then another, and now I am up to 7 days a week and loving it. I have lost 20 pounds and gained strength everywhere. I could see the results and so could everyone else. I just climbed the Snake Trail to the top of the Masada in Israel in the heat. I am 66. It is never too late. Get Reformed. You can do it!!!
