UPDATE: I receded one of my stars because of 2 reasons:
1) I talked to CJ who is the nicest person there behind the desk. He apologized for Virgil's behavior and said it was unacceptable. He assured me that Gregg Leftwich, the owner, would call me to address my issues. Never happened to this day.
2) Immediately leaving the driveway, I hear a loud thump. I pull over, open the hood and it's clear they didn't even bold my battery back down. It was moving all about and could have easily fallen out while driving. 25 minutes later, they finally get it back to normal. What a complete waste of an auto shop. There is potential here for a great franchise. It's just currently not functioning like it could.
