  • We recently stayed here for a girls' weekend and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Sunset wing and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Overall, customer service was very good. We visited the spa for a "s'party" with massages and lunch. It was very busy in the spa, but we enjoyed our services and lunch. The spa pool was very crowded. Every time we tried to go there, we found zero spots-- it would have been nice if this pool was bigger. The other pools were wonderful though, and we easily found seating, including a cabana one day. Although everyone was very nice and helpful, Big John was a standout for us. He escorted us in a shuttle cart to our rooms as the resort is quite large. He was so friendly, accommodating, and funny! We made a couple extra stops along the way and even gave us a little mini tour and some information about the area, as we had never been to Scottsdale before. We would definitely come back to this location!
