  • I just got my car washed and the machine broke my side view mirror shell off completely. And also shattered my mirror. My car was still visibility very dirty all the way around. As if water never touched it. I've been here a few years ago and everything was fine. But I paid $5 for a car wash and my car doesn't look clean what so ever and my mirror is completely broken. I also noticed the other mirror is scraped now as well. I told the attendee and he basically said it's enter at your own risk. But agreed my car was still dirty. First of all any person or persons property that's responsible for damaging another's property is obligated to fix the problem. It's a $30 mirror so im not interested in making an insurance claim. But I asked for a refund at least and I was told that they didn't have the means to give it back. He did offer to run my car through the machine again. I'd be a fool to do that. I will never come back. Are you serious? Grrrr. Beware your car can come out worse than you came in with.
