  • OH MY GOODNESS. What a backwards company this is. Returned an item which I purchased 4 weeks ago. Had my receipts with me but they could not match up the receipt with the purchase price. They don't use part numbers on their receipts so it is a big long production in order to get the appropriate credit. Their computer system apparently is antiquated and employees including the manager were untrained on how figure out this credit. Gave me excuses like it was elimitated from their stock lists?? It was discounted item and they didn't know what the price was. Bottom line; this was a very long (35 min) and unpleasant experience.
