  • Located in the flats McCarthy's Irish pub is a place to check out! They recently changed owners and it is back to it's old self. The food is very good for bar food and the drink specials are cheap!!! We were recently here for our friend's 30th bday and the owner was very tentative and accommodating! Great place for large groups and they have live music and a DJ on certain nights...try it out! It is located across from Harbor Inn (the oldest bar in Cleveland) and you can get free parking!
