  • One star is generous for this place. They are not interested in creating a home environment for their residents. All they are focused on is using you as a transaction. The new management has found an excuse to take on extra fees every month that they have been here. I have been completely ripped off and it's sad because I'm a college student trying to live in an affordable complex, which I thought willow creek was. But I was so wrong!! Management has ruined my experience at this complex. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! I've never had such a terrible encounter with management. They do not have your best interest in mind. They are solely focused on your money. You are not a person to them, you are just money to them. Regardless of your situation, all they care about is getting your money. Again- I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not because of the apartments themselves. But because management will screw you over every single time. Also... they charge utilities by prorating everyone's water use so no matter how conservative you are, you still pay a large fee. Utilities change every month but it is mostly $60-80 a month. That does not inculde cable, wifi or electricity. You will have to also pay that on top of a bill that changes every month so it makes it difficult to budget. Moral of the review: terrible place filled with terrible management. Don't sign a contract with these people, they will rip you off.
