  • Awful. I went here today specifically because I worry Amazon is taking over the world, and I want to support my local businesses. I got some parts, put them in a bag, marked the part number on the bag a la WinCo. Took it to the counter, where I was promptly reprimanded and sent back to parts to add the price. So the price isn't in the system? Lady was a nasty turd. So much for a helpful hardware man or woman. I won't be back. There's apparently no stopping Amazon when this is the kind of customer service you get with the local merchant.
