  • We stayed here as night one of our honeymoon (we are doing a road trip). We weren't expecting an upgrade or anything but they gave us a horrible room with a parking lot looking straight into it. ON OUR HONEYMOON. We are Starwood Preferred Guest members too and have stayed at Westins many times - need to reconsider our brand loyalty if this is how they treat people.
