  • Knifewear is not the place for EDC (everyday carry). If you want that, some neat folders, and a cool shaving blade made by Knifewear, Kent of Inglewood is just across the street. Knifewear is a serious place for fixed blade Japanese knives, primarily for real and wanna be chefs. Plus there's usually a tomato or potato around to seal the deal that you really are buying the best. Yes, they're pricey, but that's the value and integrity of a quality product. Sales staff were knowledgeable, engaging, patient, and funny. And like their knives, there was never a dull moment.
