First, let me say my car buying experience was a 5!!
The 2 stars is for follow up customer service.
I saw a Passat online and decide to pursue it. It's a great car, certified and very clean. This is my 5th vehicle and the first time I didn't feel like I was walking into a shark tank to be preyed on my sales people. I met with the internet manager, forgot his name, but he was excellent!! It was a nice experience (minus the paperwork process ). I live in Summerlin and kind of dreaded that drive across town to Henderson, but it wasn't a big deal as it's not an every day thing.
My only complaint is two days after driving home, the brakes started squeaking. I received an email survey and completed it, but no one has contacted me up to this day (even though it said someone will call me).
