The crew that showed up to move our items was pleasant, but that was really our only positive from the whole experience.
The move took considerably longer than anticipated which meant that our cost was almost double what I was estimating. Perhaps I underestimated the time it would take, but the crew stopped for food and drinks between the 2 houses and were MIA for almost an hour.
In addition the movers damaged walls in both our rental and our brand new home. We did our best to repair the rental, but still lost part of our security deposit. In addition to needing to repair the damage in the new home we discovered damage to some of our furniture.
The office called during the move, but made no attempt to call me afterwards. When I filled out the online survey I received via email I got a text telling me to call them. If you are really concerned about a low rating I would highly recommend that you reach out to the customer. Not the other way around.
Overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend this company.
