  • I have been to this place a few times. I remembered it from awhile ago and now that I''m on asu campus I thought going back would be great- I loved it when I use to go. That being said I then realized there are two in downtown (one on 1st ave by roosevelt-this is not the one by civic space park!) I'm convinced any positive review on this page is people commenting on the wrong fair trade. I've gotten the same barista working every time. Short dark hair. She is easily the rudest most unhelpful person I've ever met for no apparent reason. She just walks up to you pissy and doesn't say a single word and just stares at you. Whoever designed the place did a crap job too. The menu is super confusing and unclear about what your options are- especially in terms of non-drink items. Considering no one who works there is nice enough to say a word to you it makes it even more difficult. I'm also a person who listens to music pretty loud and the music here is so loud you have to really raise your voice just to order something. I gave it a few tries thinking maybe I just had 1 bad experience and 3 strikes- you're out. Never going back, and never recommending it.
