  • Just moved into the neighborhood so thought I'd give this place a try. I booked a cut and color appointment for 5pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and the melancholy man that checked me in said someone would be right with me. 10 minutes pass and I'm still waiting. 20 minutes pass and no one even said a word to me. Finally, at 5:35 pm I got up and walked out.... Seriously unprofessional, awful customer service, unreal experience. Will absolutely NOT be back to this, or any of these locations. Would give 0 stars if I could.
