  • My experience with Chair Medic can only be summed up as disappointed. I contacted this company in August and made and appointment to discuss the project of refinishing my dining room set, reupholsters for the couch, and recliner. After speaking with Lisa about the project we made an appointment for the crew to come to our home on Sept 2nd, to see, the furniture and finalize fabrics. The crew reviewed the order, assured me they can complete the job by Thanksgiving then left. The following week was Labor Day so I did not expect to hear from the company with the final estimate using the fabrics selected and refinishing cost. I waited until Sept 10th to send an email inquiring when we will start the project and what are the final estimates. To date I have not heard from Chair-A-Medic. I did however have the job done by Phoenix Custom Upholstery who will be getting a 5 star rating.
