  • I read all of the Yelp reviews and remember Flo's being very good at the Scottsdale location years ago. Ordered combination fried rice and Mongolian beef. I was stunned to see the "fried rice" it was the most disgusting, bland, nothing 'fried' about this dish. Just awful. The Mongolian beef was ok but more onions than beef. $30 total wasted. NEVER AGAIN, we threw the fried rice out as we could not eat it (was take-out) it was THAT BAD.
