  • this place is just as amazing as the original Monta! I'm pretty simple and went with the shoyu ramen which was delicious as always. I usually prefer the thicker noodle. my brother went with the tonkatsu (sp?) ramen and the crispy chicken. I never order much else off the menu but the chicken was bomb! I have to say, the ambience and space in this one is better since it is much more open. also the staff here is great, they actually interact with you more. our waiter had a great personality. I didn't get his name but I loved the fact he had some witty things to say. made me think less about how I had to go back to work.
