  • I had to move to Scottsdale sight unseen. The team at San Marin worked patiently with me for a month via email and phone. I had a lot of questions and was nervous about this process. The communication was always pleasant and efficient. When I arrived I was exhausted from a 4 day trip cross country. I was prepared for a lengthy move in process. It literally took just 15 minutes! The apartment was nearly perfect! I am so happy to be here. The location is incredible. I can walk or bike anywhere I need to go. Still tying to decide if I want to buy a car because it really isn't needed here. I did have my first maintenance request. The guys came within 24 hours. They were so nice and efficient. Problem was easily solved. It's been a week and I am still adjusting and getting settled. Haven't had the time to use the pool and other facilities but have walked around and everything looks beautiful. I plan on being here for a long time.
