  • We took the car in to be fixed, it was having an overheating problem...this was 3-4 weeks ago. Thursday night, the car overheated worse than it did before we took it in. The car has been there since Thursday night/Friday morning, and they either haven't touched it yet and are lying, or have NO idea what is wrong with the car. This one car is the only way that TWO people have to get to work. Can you offer a loaner or SOMETHING if you're going to take that long just diagnosing the issue? We've never had problems with them in the past, ever...but this is ridiculous. ************************************** EDIT/UPDATE 7/23 (day after this review was posted) My fella got a call as I was on my way home that the car was fixed. They did not charge us for any of the repairs/diagnostics, as it was something that they should have caught the first time. I received an apology when I picked the car up. Moving the rating back to 3 stars, as I still think the delay was unnecessary, but they did right by us again.
