  • If you go here to purchase a fire arm and you have to wait the 3 days for the back ground check. If they insist you purchase the fire arm DO NOT do it. I went back after my 3 day. I paid a total of 439.00 which was the price of the firearm and 25$ fee for the back ground check. I was denied and went to collect what I paid and was told that there was a 20% restocking fee. I never left this shop with a firearm they kept it the whole time. I didn't choose not to purchase the firearm. This 20% restocking fee was never disclosed to me at time of purchase. All they would refund back to me of the 439.00 was 313.00. I asked where this restocking fee was disclosed. I was told it was at the bottom of the receipt!?!? SO its disclosed only after you have given them money on the bottom of a receipt no one looks at!! Don't give them money up front.. Scam artists Amended: Also now that I am thinking about this I originally went in for a pistol they had listed on their web site. S&W .40 for $380.00 which they didn't have in stock. He tried to sell me a used 9MM S&W for $380.00 which they claimed had never been fired. I am not new to firearms so I looked around the firing pin and there was a nice residue build up meaning this gun was fired multiple times. I mentioned this and He then offered me 40$ off. I was reading other reviews and this seems like something they do often. So I figured I would update my review. Again shady place. UPDATE: The owner calls me back about the 130.00 they kept and said once I get my background cleared up I can come back and purchase a firearm and he will make it right!!! If hes willing to make it right then he knows he did wrong!! SHADY!!
