  • I am pretty new to the world of numismatics, and Joe, the owner of Las Wages, has been a great help and inspiration. My wife purchased a very rare coin at auction and We wanted to get it graded. I went to a very. "well known" shop here in town, told the coin was cleaned and was offered multiple times the opportunity to sell it to them for significantly less than we paid to "cut my losses" I found Las Wages through the NGC and PCGS websites and stopped in that same day. His opinion was quite different, and it was suggested to send to PCGS to grade. Joe did all of the legwork and got the coin sent in. While waiting, he even ordered some other bullion coins I was looking for and got those in to coordinate with the return of the coin from PCGS. It graded fairly well, and ended up being a "steal" from the auction. Joe and Las Wages is my coin shop from now on. Great attitude, great selection and very fair buy/sell pricing.
