  • Slowest service I've ever had a chipotle. Manager was sweeping while line was out the door , manager should jump in the line to help out. I understand long lines that's fine , but they usually move at a decent pace. I waited 30 minutes only to get up to where I order and the lady in front of me used the last of the chicken and wouldn't you know they had NO backups . By what I have read this seems to be a management issue . Hopefully they figure it out soon.
