  • Dr. Bianco was very good and professional. I can't say the same for his staff. I called weeks after wisdom teeth surgery that I was still in pain and the women I spoke with did not seem concerned and told me to call back in a week. When I was still in pain a week later, I visited the office and Dr Bianco said I had a dry socket, but it was too late to treat it since I had it for so long, it was better to just wait for it to heal on its own. When I mentioned to the staff I had a dry socket, I did not get any sort of an apology from them and instead was told that I must have had a high tolerance for pain since I wasn't crying on the phone to them... I would not recommend Dr Bianco mainly because he doesn't have his staff trained correctly and they don't seem to care about the patients well-being.
