  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have a flat roof that was not draining and water was ponding, causing damage. I hired Jack the Roofer to fix the problem, and they actually made it worse! Now when it rains, it's like a shallow lake on my roof. I have made numerous calls to Jack the Roofer in an effort to give them a chance to fix the problem but the nice lady who answers the phone inevitably takes a message and my call is never returned. I am left with no alternative but to file a complaint with the registrar of contractors and I will probably sue them for good measure too.
