  • I give ZERO STARS! But since I have to give some kind of star rating to post, I put one. Only reason I went here is because Volkswagen dealership recommended if I want to go to someone who know what they are doing! FALSE!!! They were VERY slow, DISHONEST, and gave me an extra ding on the side. The shop took a month to repair my shattered back window. Then, they didn't pop the window in correctly so my whole top of the inside ceiling was bent/the plastic part. They were also dishonest in the sense that they tried to lie about the fact that my car already had a dent on the side. There was a new ding that I did not see prior to dropping off my car on the side which I would have noticed if it was there before since I inspected my car from every angle. And curious if the valet did more damage then just the back window and frame. The shop said that the dent was there before and they had proof of it. They told me that they are obligated to take pictures of all sides. And since I was VERY confident and had my own pictures, I asked for the pictures the shop took. Not only did they only have one picture which couldn't even tell how bad my back window was but also still kept trying to blame the dent on me. Terrible service: Didn't do their job in timely matter but also didn't do a good job on repairing my car. Also, terrible customer service.
