| - If I could give this company a zero stars I would!! This is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. You have to hear this story, it is almost comical how badly run this business is.
Ok, so in Decemeber I bought a Groupon for $160 as a christmas gift to my wife that she could have 3 house cleanings for whenever she was tired, fed up with kids etc. I gave her the Groupon on Christmas day, called to schedule the first cleaning and was told that the first available appointment was January 19th. Ugh, ok, somewhat understandable with the groupon just running, wife not super happy, whatever. So they clean our house the first time and told me that we would be able to schedule anytime after that since the groupon would slow down.
So we decide in February that it would be good to have house cleaned the next week since we were tired and didnt want to clean the bathrooms. We called and spoke to Nikki, who was the receptionist and she told me that they were booked out two months again and there was nothing she could do to fix that. Ok, shame on me the first time, not again, I booked a cleaning for the the Easter weekend and also booked the third and final cleaning for June 15 at 8am. Ah ha, we are good now right???!?! NOPE!!!!
So the cleaning crew comes out for the second cleaning right before easter and they didnt fully clean thee house. All we asked for was ceiling fans dusted, bathrooms cleaned and floors vaccumed and mopped. Simple task not complete, they did not sweep before mopping so our dogs hair and dust bunnies were left sticking to the mopped floor. My wife is now furious, especially since the cleaning crew asked her if they could leave early!!!! She called the company and left a message for the complaint, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!
So today I call to reschedule the last cleaning for 5/18, which is 17 days away, instead of 6/15. When I call I get Matt, who is probably the worst employee you could ever hire, since he has no clue what he is doing. He tells me that there are no available times until June 13th, the day that our cleaning was originally scheduled for. I quesiton him and said, you mean the 15th at 8am right???? He said no, that the Groupon ended on the 13th, so they couldnt honor the 15th, and he proceeded to say that Nikki was fired for not telling people the right info. I asked him is he was the owner/manager, and he said that he was not, he was hired to deal with this Groupon mess!?!?! I asked to speak to the manager and again he said, I was hired so that he would not have to talk to people!!! I told him that he NEEDS to have the owner call me back ASAP and he said "look, the guys is nice, but this is his second business, first being a tax accountant, and that he was too busy with tax season. I explained that the cleaning was not done right the last time and asked why they didnt call back? He said that they have an "A team that goes to the actual paying customers, and a B team that cleans the homes of the Groupon customers" since we did not pay full price. WHAT!?!?!?!?!
I just got off the phone with Groupon, they are refunding my money and looking into this business. They have had several of the same complaint and they actually care about their customers. Thank god I bought it through Groupon and not direct!!!
I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NOW!!!! THIS IS AN UNETHICAL COMPANY AND I HOPE HE DOES NOT DO YOUR TAXES!!!!
