  • I live in Oregon and I have a dear friend who lives in Gilbert, AZ. For the past year or so, I have used Karen's Flowers in neighboring Mesa on several occasions. Although I never seen (other than photos) the flowers that I purchased, I know they made my friend there very happy. She used to work for a florist and says that Karen's is absolutely the best in the area. And who am I to doubt her? Every one of my telephone (ordering) experiences with Karen's has been a fantastic. They always get it right, to the point of reading back what I wanted inscribed on the accompanying card and making sure it says what I want it to say; even if it's wrong. Less than 10 minutes ago I placed a Valentine's Day order for my friend and the employee who took my order was a delightful person named Rita. I ended the conversation by saying, "Rita, I don't know what they're paying you, but whatever it is, it's not enough!" So that's how and why they got five stars from me.
