  • Do not use this company! I was a repeat customer and called about 3 weeks ahead to schedule my move. Started calling about 3 days prior to confirm and voice mail was full for 3 days! Day of move, supposed to be there at 9:00am. Called at 8:00am said running late will be there at 11:00am. Ok, can deal with that. At 10:30am they called, said on their way. 11:30am, they called said they're at the house, wrong address! Texted correct address to them. They went silent after that, no contact. I in the mean time hired another company for the following day which cost me about a third more due to being last minute. Owner leaves me a voice mail late evening asking how my move went! I called him back and gave him an earful. Then he started making excuses! Do yourself a favor, use another company.
