  • I normally avoid Costco like the plague - but since I got my tires here - it makes sense to do the semi-annual tire swap here - because it is cheap - if your tires are already on rims - like mine are, it cost me $24.00 for the whole job - plus they do the tire rotation and rebalance as well. I don't love the fact that the weekends are on a first come, first serve basis - because when I bring my car in, since it means my entire day is shot due to the fact that they have so many people wanting the same thing as well, that I am usually lucky if I get my car before noon. It is actually worse in the fall - but the tire centre opens an hour earlier before the rest of the store - but the lineups usually means you need to be at least an hour before that. But overall - I am pretty happy with their tire centre; but don't ask me about it in the fall when I am lining up to swap for my winter tires. The usual rules apply here - need someone with a membership and they take Amex or debit, cash or cheque.
