  • Can't express enough appreciation. After a long period of wheezing and sputtering, my second floor air perished, and tried to take my kids with it. We had another contractor out a year ago and he seemed to fix everything BUT the weak flow on the second floor. We attributed it to the sun, to bad construction, to a poor configuration of ducts. Our house was 5 years old when we moved into it and now it is 11. So we learned to live with it. Today we found out a part had been degrading gradually. Within 30 minutes, the part was replaced and we have air on the second floor the likes of which we never had before. Now I can sponge my children off the floor and pour them into their beds for a comfortable sleep. Thanks Mike, for arriving quickly, for knowing your stuff, and for just generally having a helpful spirit. You are an asset to the company.
