  • Lived here from 2016-2017 one year in a two bedroom loft facing downtown. The view is beautiful by the way. I would totally love to have stayed here if I had no kids. Its close to the light rail, George and dragon, and the lux cafe. The loft itself is very nice updated everything worked just fine and if anything did break or go out it was fixed within a day or two. The staff is amazing. The only thing is if the place faces a really bad storm the whole place goes down for lack of a better word. Ive seen flooding, leaking broken fixtures, and the electric goes out if there is ever a storm at all. Plus Ive seen some pretty strange bugs in the garage and walk way on the stairs. That was maybe my only other complaint. Bugs, insects ect. Moths make their way into your car so in the morning while your driving to work you get a nice little surprise. Like out of a horror movie. In my unit I have found black ants, ear wigs, moths, spiders, caterpillars, and some sort of big red bug with pinchers. Dont get me wrong I loved living here but im a wuss when it comes to bugs and i have two babies now so its too much noise coming from downtown and the drunk people going to the lux. Just not for me at this point.
