Terrible quality and service. Fine for one-offs, do not trust your bigger orders here and do not trust that if there is a problem you'll receive any kind of care or customer service.
For four months I've been trying to work out a fair reimbursement solution to a product they printed that ended up peeling, and after the second reprint was so sloppy I couldn't sell most of them. Manager never returned my calls. Voicemail is always full, emails rarely returned. Head office sales rep never returned my calls.
My launch of product was compromised because I was selling items with peeling vinyl, and I had to absorb the cost of replacing and shipping these items to customers. Was attending a conference to be a vendor at - Bang On messed up the reprint of the peeling panties with products that were so sloppy they weren't even on brand. My patience ended when the employee dealing with my issues refused to talk with me over the phone and insists I come in to discuss. Yes, because I have hours to waste standing in a tshirt shop instead of over the phone or email. :/
Don't trust your products with them - if they mess them up, they do not care. They are a terrible business.
Mistakes happen, it's how you deal with them that speaks to your business - this business is overtly untrustworthy and unreasonable. I recommend Artik or Hardboiled if you'd like to do bigger projects in Toronto, or for one offs there's another t-shirt printing shop just west of Bang On right on Queen Street - Freshly Baked Tees. Fabulous folks there, great customer service.
