  • Don't bother making appointments online. Made one today at 1:00pm, got there early and was told it would be at least 1 - 1/2 hours before my car is even seen. I understand the wait for a walk-in but isn't that why you make an appointment - too NOT wait an excessive amount of time. They may do fine repair work but I'm going somewhere for my new tires and oil change.
